Returns & Refunds

We take great care in selecting and creating our products. As many of our items are handmade, slight variations are part of their uniqueness and not considered defects.

Handmade products

Returns are only accepted in case of a clear defect or issue with the product.
Normal wear and tear will not be considered a defect.

Any defect must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order, including a description and, if possible, photos of the issue.

Yarns

Returns for yarns are accepted only if the product is unused and the packaging is completely intact.
